2008 Decibel Festival Set to Shake Up Seattle

The four-day annual 2008 Decibel Festival is set to take place at various venues throughout the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle from 25-28 September 2008. This popular music and arts festival attracts artists and audiences from far and wide to enjoy live electronic music, visual arts and new media.
