New BLO Music Director

Founded in the year 1976, the Boston Lyric Opera has become a vital part of New England's history and tradition, and is one of the most well known opera companies in the USA. The Citi Performing Arts Centre Shubert Theatre in Boston is home to the opera company, hosting at least three major productions annually. Its diverse and entertaining repertoire has been inspiring audiences for over thirty years and, with the backing of the Massachusetts Cultural Council, the Boston Lyric Opera continues to thrill and captivate music enthusiasts.
