Future Music Festival 2010

The Future Music Festival 2010 is gearing up to be an unforgettable music celebration, and organizers have ensured that the festival is filled with show stopping performances. It is the fourth year that this festival is being hosted, and all the major cities in Australia will be visited, allowing music enthusiasts from all over the country to join in the celebrations. Raising the bar each year, the Future Music Festival 2010 will be hosting a variety of genres, which feature the top artists of today who will take music into the future.

The cities which will be hosting the Future Music Festival are Perth, Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide and Melbourne. It will kick off in Brisbane on 27 February 2010 at the Turf Club CP Doomben Racecourse, moving to the Ascot Racecourse in Perth on the 28th of February 2010, followed by Royal Randwick Racecourse in Sydney on 6 March 2010, Flemington Racecourse in Melbourne on 7 March 2010 and ending in Adelaide at the Rundell and Rymill Parks on 8 March 2010. In previous years, the festival has featured world famous artists such as Basement Jaxx and The Chemical Brothers, and will again allow the public to enjoy magnificent performances from around the world.

Some of the bands to look forward to, which have already been confirmed, include David Guetta, Sven Vath, Franz Ferdinand, Does It Offend You Yeah?, Dubfire, Booka Shade, The Prodigy, Boys Noize, Empire of the Sun, Above & Beyond, Erick Morillo and John Digweed. These futuristic and electronic artists and bands will be thrilling audiences with rock, pop, hip hop and various other genres. And it is the festival’s attention to detail and commitment to bring the best of the music industry to the public that has seen it win awards for its efforts. Each concert will offer ten hours of sound and rhythm for audiences to enjoy and only five hundred VIP seats will be available for each concert. With tickets already on sale, music lovers should get their tickets now to avoid disappointment, or use the opportunity to upgrade. With such an amazing, star-studded line-up, the Future Music Festival is a music extravaganza that should not be missed.
