Pixie Lott’s First Tour
Pixie Lott is a very talented performer from the United Kingdom, who has established herself as a successful song writer, dancer, singer and an actress. Her songs have climbed the UK Album Charts and she has enjoyed platinum status for her work. She has also gained a loyal following. Songs such as Mama Do, Boys and Girls, Gravity and Cry Me Out have catapulted Pixie Lott into stardom, and now her fans can look forward to seeing her perform live on stage. Dates and venues for Pixie Lott’s first headline tour have recently been released and tickets will go on sale from 12 June 2010.
The excitement surrounding the headline tour of Pixie Lott has been growing and even the artist herself has expressed that she too is looking forward to performing, commenting: “I am so excited for my first headline tour. I am happiest when I am on stage performing so I can’t wait to get out on the road with my band and sing every night for all my fans. I am planning a very special show so come along, I want everyone to leave smiling.” Her tour will start at the Glasgow Clyde Auditorium on 24 November 2010, with the final show taking place on 18 December at the Manchester Apollo.
Tour dates that have been confirmed are as follows: Preston Guildhall (25 November), Lincoln Engine Shed (26 November), Brentwood Centre (28 November), Leicester DM Hall (29 November), Nottingham Royal Center (30 November), Portsmouth Guildhall (2 December), Plymouth Pavilions (3 December), Brighton Centre (4 December), London HMV Hammersmith Apollo (7 December), Cardiff St David’s Hall (9 December), Bristol Colston Hall (10 December), O2 Academy Bournemouth (11 December), Sheffield City Hall (13 December), Wolverhampton Civic Hall (14 December), O2 Academy Leeds (16 December) and Newcastle City Hall (17 December).
Being a part of this wonderful headline tour is an opportunity that should not be missed by Pixie Lott fans, and performing for more than forty thousand fans is an event that Lott is looking forward to. In 2009, Pixie Lott won two awards at the MTV Europe Music Awards, namely the Best UK & Ireland Act and Best Push Artist, as well as the Cosmopolitan Ultimate Woman Award. In 2010, Pixie Lott won the Best Newcomer award at the Virgin Media Awards, and during her tour she will be showcasing the talents that have seen to her success.
