Check Out the Isle of Man Bay Festival

This year, music enthusiasts are treated to a spectacular event on the Isle of Man, namely the Isle of Man Bay Festival, or Manx Telecom Bay Festival. It is an event that is filled with live music performances, as well as a variety of entertaining acts, and this festival is gearing up to be an event that should not be missed! From star studded celebrity line ups to festive activities and great accommodation, the Isle of Man Bay Festival 2010 is the place to be.

Hosted in Noble Park, this three day event will be taking place from the 18th to 20th of June 2010, and offers something for everyone in attendance. The main stage will be in the black out tent, which is able to accommodate seven thousand music enthusiasts and features a stage that is a staggering forty meters in width. A massive projection screen will ensure that no-one misses out on the stage performances and each day of the festival will offer something different and new. The ;Isle of Man Bay Festival will be a combination of the latest music, as well as a tribute to the 80’s and breathtaking dance acts that graced the stages of reality shows Britain’s Got Talent and the X-Factor.

Some of the twenty-five artists to look forward to include Belinda Carlisle, Spandau Ballet, Lemar, Rick Astley, Kim Wilde, The Coronas, Calvin Harris, The Feeling, The Sundays, JLS, Boy George, Leon Jackson, Olly Murs, and dance acts such as Stavros Flatley, Signature and Diversity. To enhance these magnificent acts and to deliver an awe inspiring show for audiences, organizers have included breathtaking light and laser shows while the performances are under way. The festival also features a host of activities for children to enjoy, such as street performers, vendors and face painting stalls. The park is located close to hotels and guest houses offering comfortable accommodation, with buses and taxis moving between establishments and the festival grounds. Medical facilities will be available on site, and security will be provided at the festival to ensure that everyone enjoys a safe and exciting festival.
