Ultra Music Festival 2010
The Ultra Music Festival was first organized in the year 1999 as an event for electronic dance music. Over the years it has grown in popularity and size, with recording artists such as The Prodigy, Paul van Dyk, The Killers, MOBY, Fatboy Slim and The Chemical Brothers gracing its stages. It has also won numerous awards, confirming its significance in the music festival industry, by reaping in accolades such as “Best International Dance Music Festival”, “Best Music Event” and “Best Festival”. It is seen as one of the major music events of the year, and music lovers will be very disappointed if they miss out on this breathtaking festival.
Held over two days, the Ultra Music Festival is hosted at the Bicentennial Park in Miami, and is expected to draw a capacity crowd of approximately eighty thousand music enthusiasts. Ticket prices start at $139.95, and do vary as VIP options are available, allowing guests to enjoy preferred views of the stage, restroom trailers, access to artists, VIP bars and so much more. Music lovers come to the festival from all over the world, flying in from almost fifty-six countries to enjoy more than 250 artists playing on sixteen stages at the festival. Music genres at the festival include electro, jamtronica, rock, trance, indie-rock, techno and break beat. A very popular feature of the Ultra Music Festival is the Eco Village. To promote animal rights, green peace and environmental efforts, the Eco Village Sound Stage offers performances by over forty-five artists, and assists in raising awareness to protect our planet and wildlife.

The Ultra Music Festival will take place from the 26th to the 27th of March 2010, and is guaranteed to be two exciting days of music and world class entertainment.
